GLENDA
WISE is a well known Victorian artist who resides in the Dandenong Ranges.
She has lived and breathed art as a natural gift from a very young age,
receiving her first formal oil painting box, brushes and palette at the

Glenda grew up surrounded by the cream of Australias artists, she
lived up the road from Fred Williams and down the hill
from Longacres, the home of Sir Arthur Streeton in Olinda,

of until she had a studio of her own. Glendas first exhibition was
held in the Galleries of the Victorian Artists Society in East Melbourne
where she was a member. Earlier member also of the Australian Guild of
Realist Artists, and, since the age of thirteen until the present day,

over the past 18 years, and previously as field officer, organizing painting
expeditions for groups of artists.
Glenda is featured in the Australian art book entitled 50 Australian

Pearl has been a name within the women of Glenda's family for more than
100 years.
Her Grandmother was Pearl Adelaide Deller, her Mother is Pearl Gwendolyn
Sayer, the artist herself is Glenda Pearl Wise, and her Daughter is Emma
Pearl Wise.
The Pearl Fairy images were created and matched with inspirational sayings
collected over Glenda's lifetime, to create a book called 'Pearls of Wisdom'
which is currently being offered to publishers.

These collectable, superior quality giclee images have been singly reproduced
using lightfast chrome inks which will remain archivally sound for up
to 200 years.
Substrate is watercolour paper of highest quality archival stock. A giclee
print is simply the closest duplication of an original art work that is
humanly, mechanically or technically possible and has unparalleled quality
and longevity. The giclee process renders an image of exceptional clarity
that is hard to tell from the original. Giclee prints are held in the
collections of many famous museums and art galleries such as the Guggenheim
(New York) and the Museum of Fine Art (Boston).
These prints will be ultimately
preserved by having them professionally framed under clear glass. This
will present them beautifully and protect them from the elements.
Each print measures 190mm x
280mm and is individually overseen for colour matching, personally signed
and numbered out of 60 by Glenda Wise, and comes with a certificate of
authenticity.
