Each fairy is personally signed by the artist, and comes with a certificate
of authenticity. Please see 'About' the prints
for more information.

Postage
Postage costs within Australia, including registered postage, insurance,
packaging and handling:

Postage Times
Orders will be posted within 4 - 5 working days during Victorian school
terms as the artist spends most 2 week vacation periods within the 'realm'
in her studio. Please be assured that all email enquiries will be answered
on her return.
Overseas Orders
Overseas orders are welcome and will be quoted individually for postage
costs. Please email glenda@glendartist.com
with the number of prints desired and your country including postal /
zip code where applicable and we will get back to you with a quote.
Refund Policy
All prints are inspected by two people before they are sent. There are
no refunds, returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Post Office Returns
Should a package sent via the post office arrive damaged, please show
it to the driver, letter carrier or your local post office immediately
and fill out a claim form. You must take the package in its entirety to
the post office, including the print/s, packaging, and packing materials.
The post office requires that the recipient initiate the claim. As soon
as we receive the filled out claim form, we will complete our section
of the claim form and send you a replacement. No replacements will be
sent without proof of damage via a postal claim form.
Personalisation
If you would like to order a personalised fairy with a special name, please
email glenda@glendartist.com
with your request. There wil be a waiting period for special orders, depending
on the number of requests already received.
